Today as we were driving to Lowes I noticed that Black Cat Coffee now has a nice bike rack installed. Tomorrow I'll try to stop in and try out the new rack.

Ride It Down coming up February 18th!

I've never participated in this event and unfortunately I can't join this year because I'm going to be doing the 12 Hours of Santos bike race in Ocala the same day, but it does look like a cool event. Here is the website for more details: https://titusville.org/rideitdown

There once was a pump track in Titusville

If you've ever been to Marina park in north Titusville in the past several years you may have noticed beside the skate part there is, or once was sort sort of BMX style pump track. Today it's totally dead, it's heavily over-grown with grass and flatted out from lack of maintenance. Here in Titusville we have virtually no off-road biking options, the best we can do is drive to Orlando or New Smyrna, where there are some dedicated MTB and BMX tracks. Today I started searching the web to try and find out any information I could about the old track at Marina park and did find this facebook page what was last active in 2017. I sent the page a message asking if they have any info on what happened to the track or if they have any idea if it could be restored.
